SHIPPING
All orders ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in Fairfax, Virginia. Unless specified by you otherwise, we try to ship all orders via. UPS Ground. We determine the courier based on the number of factors including the number of products in your order, the total shipping weight, total transit time to your destination, and most of all, our ability to provide total customer satisfaction.

If you require an order to be delivered before any of the times indicated, please email us for current shipping times for particular products and locations.

Delivery Time in Transit:
The map below refers to the approximate time it takes for a package to reach your final destination after we ship your order. Find your shipping destination on the map and match the color with the key on the bottom right side of the map.

There may be instances where certain destinations may be considered “rural” by a shipping courier and will incur additional shipping charges. We won’t know the additional charges or whether or not they apply to your particular destination until after your order has been placed. We will notify you if this situation arises.

 

International Orders:

We currently only ship to locations within the US and Canada. If you have a special request for an order that requires international shipping, please contact us at customerservice@littlebigkids.com

For Canadian orders, please check with your local rules and regulations about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on goods imported into your country. Please note that all the shipping related fees mentioned above are the responsibility of the recipient, not Little BIG Kids, LLC. If you refuse delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed by your country Little BIG Kids will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package. Any charges incurred by Little BIG Kids as a result will be charged back to you.

The least expensive shipping option to Canada is UPS Ground which includes brokerage fees. Please see UPS Rates for Customs Clearance into Canada.

How can I determine my Shipping Cost?

A shipping calculator is available for you during checkout so you can determine your shipping cost BEFORE you purchase anything from our store and BEFORE you provide us with any credit card information.

  • Simply add all the item(s) you’re interested in purchasing into the shopping cart.
  • Once you’re on the checkout page, enter your zip code and state in the appropriate fields in the shipping calculator section. Click “apply” when done.
  • Once the page refreshes your shopping cart will be updated to include the total cost of your order, including tax (Virginia only) and shipping cost.
  • Please make sure to select the shipping option you’re interested in. You can change this option and click “apply” again to see the shipping cost associated with that method.

TAXES

Little BIG Kids does NOT charge sales tax except VA.

SATISFACTION

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 15 days of your purchase for a refund or exchange*. Please read the full return policy below.

CANCELLATIONS

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email customerservice@littlebigkids.com to cancel an order.

RETURNS

Returns on items will be accepted within 15 days of your order and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Customer is also responsible for all returned merchandise. We suggest you carry insurance on all returned packages. Returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Any item that has been opened will not be accepted and will be returned to the consumer and return shipping charges will be billed to their credit card.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Customers must email customerservice@littlebigkids.com or call to receive a return authorization – 888-549-5744 (toll free) or (703) 314-5769 (outside the US). Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted and will be refused or returned to you at your expense. Please include the return authorization number with the return.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us. This is why we choose to partner with trusted companies like Google Checkout and Paypal for your purchases. By using these companies for your purchase, Little Big Kids does not retain, save, or hold any of your confidential credit card information.
